The Hub at Guyra

Guyra Neighbourhood Centre Inc. trades as The Hub at Guyra. We are the only NSW Department of Family and Community Services funded service in Guyra. Our neighbourhood centre provides information and referrals specific to your needs. It is the hub of our community and is available to all members of the community. It is the place you can drop in for a cuppa, to use the telephone or just have a chat. Our compassionate and caring staff can put together a package of information that is specific to your needs, and they can contact other service providers on your behalf to advocate for you or organise appointments.

Community Hubs also provide a place for community groups and service agencies to meet in a friendly and supported locality. We have a range of meeting spaces from a small interview room to larger spaces. Just give us a call or drop in to see us Tuesday to Friday from 10am until 2pm. We also auspice the Guyra Community Garden Inc. where all community members are welcome to become involved. We can:

• Assist the community with information and referral to appropriate services.
• Provide a meeting place for members of the community.
• Provide a meeting place for community groups.
• Provide a meeting place for agencies working in Guyra who are don't have their own office.
• Provide a supportive recreational place for the Youth of Guyra at our weekly Youth Drop-In.
• Provide a safe, neutral space for families to engage in contact visits.
• Provide a garden space for parties, playgroups, quiet space, involvement in gardening.
